CHI St. Luke’s Performance Medicine provides a wide range of services to individuals trying to improve their quality of life and/or manage their weight.  These services are self-pay and are not billed through insurance. Call for pricing and availability—services range from $25-$75.

  • Nutrition Coaching - Meet with a nutritionist to learn how food impacts your body. You will walk away with not only nutritional education, but also the tools to make changes in your current eating habits to help you reach your goals. Goals can range from enhancing athletic performance and training to weight management and improving your overall health.

  • Metabolic Syndrome Program - Metabolic Syndrome is a collection of risk factors that increase the chance of developing heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. Risk factors include high blood pressure, high blood sugar, excess body fat around the waist, and abnormal cholesterol levels. This 8-12 week program combines education and exercise to decrease your risk factors for various diseases and hospitalizations. This program is led by a registered clinical exercise physiologist and certified nutrition coach. The program meets 2-3 times a year and spots are limited.   • Bod Pod - The gold standard in body composition testing. The test is performed using air displacement and will give the individual results including weight, fat mass in pounds and percent, fat free mass in pounds and percent, body fat percent, and resting metabolic rate. Test and results are completed in 30 minutes as well as an explanation of results and guidance on how to apply your results to meet your goals.

  • Custom Workout Programs - Workout with an athletic trainer who designs a personalized workout plan to reach your goals. During the initial appointment, you will complete a movement assessment as well as nutrition and exercise history questionnaire to develop an individualized plan that works best for you.

  • Alter-G Anti-Gravity Treadmill - Enables people to move in ways they could never have imagined. Used to recover, maintain, and enhance physical function for better mobility, health, and performance.

  • Functional Movement Assessment - A series of seven full-body movement tests designed to assess fundamental patterns of movement to evaluate and reduce the chance of injuries. Appointment includes completing the assessment and a treatment plan on how to reduce your chances of future injuries.
