At CHI St. Luke's Health - Patients Medical Center Wound Care Clinic, we will begin with a complete history and detailed physical examination. Most patients will undergo Tanscutaneous oxymetry (TCOM) testing. If this screening test suggests that you might need revascularization, we may order an angiogram to assess the anatomy blood vessels. Based on this evaluation, a revascularization strategy will be made in conjunction with a vascular specialist. Hyperbaric oxygen therapy may be appropriate to help get your wound to heal and that will be considered based on your particular situation.
