The Center for Wound Care provides treatment for non-healing acute and chronic wounds. A multidisciplinary team, including specialty physicians and licensed healthcare professionals certified in wound care therapy, performs a comprehensive medical history and physical exam.

A patient-specific plan of care includes established, evidenced-based, clinical practice guidelines. Appropriateness and quality of care are carefully monitored to achieve optimal healing. Problem wounds often are associated with other underlying medical conditions, so the program is integrated with your ongoing healthcare. The team maintains close communication with your primary and specialty care physicians. In addition to advanced treatment methodologies, care includes pain management, education, and support services.

Patients may be referred by a physician, healthcare worker, or self-referred.
