CHI St. Luke’s Health–Lakeside Hospital Lands in Top One Percent Nationwide for Patient Satisfaction

CHI St. Luke’s Health–Lakeside Hospital (Lakeside Hospital) has received exceptionally high patient satisfaction scores from the National Research Corporation’s (NRC) Inpatient Overall Spotlight Report. This year, the hospital scored 93.7 percent, up from 89.8 percent in 2014, for overall patient satisfaction. The 2015 rankings place Lakeside Hospital in the top one percent nationwide.

Lakeside Hospital has ranked in the top three percent of hospitals nationwide in overall patient satisfaction for the past four years. In particular, the hospital has received high scores in the areas of for patient preferences, communication with nurses, and responsiveness of hospital staff, and pain management.
