B. Jane Adams, MS, RPh
Pharmacy Manager - Quality and Safety

Jane chairs the hospital’s Medication Safety Team and represents Medication Safety on the Pain Management Team and Clinical Informatics Integration Board.  She also serves as a Pharmacy Department representative on the Joint Commission Compliance Team and the hospital’s Forms Review Committee.  Jane received her BS in Pharmacy from the University of Kansas, completed a two-year pharmacy practice residency at the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and received her MS in Hospital Pharmacy from the University of Houston.  Current memberships include the American Society of Medication Safety Officers, the American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the Texas Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, and the Gulf Coast Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, the last of which she served on the Board of Directors.  Her practice interests include Medication Safety, Patient Safety and Quality Improvement.  Jane is a Preceptor for Practice Management.  

Lucretia C. Davis, RPh, PharmD
Clinical Coordinator - Emergency Department

Lucretia received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from Texas Southern University and a post-baccalaureate Doctor of Pharmacy from Xavier University of New Orleans.  She completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at St. Luke’s Episcopal Hospital and subsequently received extensive training in critical care and cardiovascular surgery recovery.  Lucretia worked as a clinical pharmacist/coordinator for two-and-a-half years at Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center where she developed and implemented medication protocols primarily in the area of critical care.  She is currently a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists. Cardiovascular and toxicologic emergencies are among Lucretia’s interests. She is a Preceptor in Patient Care.


Will Lloyd, MSHA, MSHI

Will is a primary preceptor for the combined MS/Residency as well as the PGY1 Residency Program.  Will received his BS in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Florida and a Masters in Healthcare Administration and Health Informatics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.  Will performed a one year Administrative Fellowship with the Shands Healthcare System in Jacksonville, FL before joining the St. Luke’s team in June 2008.  Will is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).  
 

Thuy Nguyen, PharmD, RPh

Clinical Coordinator – Neuroscience

Thuy received her B.S. of pharmacy at the University of Houston-the College of Pharmacy and her Post-Baccalaureate PharmD from Texas Southern University.  Thereafter, she completed specialty training in critical care medicine at The Methodist Hospital, where she stayed on as a clinical specialist in the areas of Internal Medicine and Neuroscience for 15 years.  Thuy is a member of ASHP and SCCM and serves an adjunct professor at the University of Houston.  Thuy Nguyen is a Preceptor for Patient Care.


Raymond Yau, PharmD, RPh
Clinical Coordinator - Liver Transplant/Hepatology

Raymond graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a doctor of pharmacy degree in 2008 before doing a PGY1 general practice residency here at Baylor St. Luke's.  After his residency, he gained experience in critical care as the MICU clinical practice specialist at the University of Texas Medical Branch.  He has recently returned to Baylor St. Luke's as the liver transplant clinical coordinator. He is a member of ASHP and ACCP.
